As the head of the Product Design Group, my responsibilities include overseeing the design and development process of both new and existing products within the company. I take charge of leading a team of five exceptionally talented product designers. Together, we collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as engineers, analytics , and UX designers and researchers to ensure that our products align with the company's goals and meet the needs of our customers. This involves setting design strategies, conducting thorough market research, managing the entire product development lifecycle, and working closely with stakeholders to successfully launch our products into the market. Through effective leadership and a keen eye for design, my aim is to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products that not only satisfy our customers but also contribute to the overall success of the company.

Lead Product Designer on the Mobile design team, responsible for ensuring the visual and stylistic consistency of the entire product. I established design guidelines and facilitated effective communication among team members. I also created and maintained our own design system, Avito Design-platform, utilizing a component-based approach. Additionally, I played a key role in integrating and synchronizing the design system across multiple platforms.

Work on Avito for mobile platforms. I executed wireframes, prototypes, and final design for the app. I developed design guidelines in collaboration with other team members.

I led the design for mobile apps. Responsible for platform design guidelines. Our achievements: Editors Choice Award, TopDeveloper and multiple featuring on Google Play.

Mostly I worked on ICQ Messenger for Android platform, Windows Phone and Windows 8. Other products that I worked on: Mail.ru Agent, MyChat and other internal products. I was responsible for User interface and UX.

My tasks were very different. This could be a web design and interfaces, as well as video and interactive design. Most Agency clients were very large companies or government departments. Thus, the level of responsibility was very high. I am proud of each project in which i have been involved. One of the recent project was interactive presentation for the Russian Association of Innovative Regions in the framework of the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum, at which the leaders of the country (including the president) and the governor were able to try our product.

Main scope of the work has been associated with a web interfaces. My job consisted of various kinds of visual graphics: icons, glyphs, visualization, creation of various prototypes, development of presentation materials, design Flash-presentation and application. I was engaged in the design and development for mobile platforms (web and native mobile applications). Most of the projects have been developed for large companies (medium and large businesses, real estate developers)

I did full graphical support for web projects of our clients. I also did illustrations and other graphics for screens and printings. Developed corporate identity and presentation materials. I received an interesting experience since each project was totally different from the previous one, the rapid pace of work endlessly forced me to optimize my work processes.

Design different promotional and advertising materials. I specialized in printing design, outdoor advertising, and graphic design.

Made stunning designs for mobile apps and websites. Created pixel perfect icons and slick illustrations. Done motion design for video and ad.
